When my studio announced this as the pose of the month, I was all, “Are you on CRACK!?” Besides looking difficult as hell, it also seems like a recipe for wrist damage.
But then I thought of class the other day when — for a few, blissful moments — I hovered, perfectly balanced, in a handstand (and then died of shock).
Anything’s possible… right?
